I was a walk-in with no appointment and was surprised to find the waiting room almost empty. The check-in process is very easy and I was seen within 5-10 minutes. In & Out Urgent Care is the best urgent care in the area. The customer service is excellent but, most importantly, the doctors and nurse practitioners are extremely knowledgeable and care about the patients they see. I love that they have a location very close to where I live but, even if it were not, I would still travel a few miles to be seen here because I know they will definitely take care of whatever medical issue I'm there for.
